Introduction

Welcome to Kamuit Inc. ("Kamuit," "we," "our," or "us"). Kamuit is a platform designed to connect drivers and passengers for

community-based carpooling and scheduled rides. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services

(collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kamuit. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that

all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Kamuit immediately of any

unauthorized use of your account at support@kamuit.com. Kamuit is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to

your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or commercial transportation for profit

• Provide false information during registration or ride posting

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users

• Attempt to circumvent the platform's safety or verification systems

• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law

SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number and creating a Kamuit account, you provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages from

Kamuit for the following purposes:

• Authentication: One-time passcodes (OTPs) for account verification and login

• Account Notifications: Security alerts and account activity updates

• Service Updates: Ride confirmations, cancellations, and platform notices

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving non-essential messages by replying STOP to any SMS. Once you opt out, Kamuit will no longer send OTP or

notification messages unless you re-register. Reply HELP to any Kamuit message or contact support@kamuit.com for assistance

Privacy & Data

Your use of Kamuit is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://www.kamuit.com/policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform and do not sell your personal information.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app under Settings, or by emailing

privacy@kamuit.com. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancelled more than 1 hour before departure - full refund

• Cancelled within 1 hour of departure - no refund

• Driver no-show - full refund automatically issued

For payment disputes contact support@kamuit.com within 7 days of the ride.

Limitation of Liability

Kamuit is a technology platform that connects drivers and passengers. We are not a transportation provider. To the maximum

extent permitted by law, Kamuit is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including personal injury, property

damage, or loss.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding

arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://kamuit.com/terms. Continued use of

our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
